By accessing or using Laminate ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Laminate is a guest list and photographer management platform for artist teams and tour managers. The Service enables users to manage guest lists, process photo pass applications, coordinate venue check-ins, and communicate with guests and photographers for live music events.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Submit false or misleading information
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts
• Use the Service to send unsolicited bulk messages (spam)
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service

5. SMS Communications

The Service may send SMS text messages to phone numbers provided by users or event guests. By providing a phone number and opting in, you consent to receive event-related text messages from Laminate. Standard message and data rates may apply.

6. Content and Data

You retain ownership of any data you submit to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a license to process and store your data as necessary to provide the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit any personal information (such as guest contact details) to the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
